New-hire lenders need a performance-based training series that details ABC Bank’s organizational lending process to serve as a foundation for these classroom sessions. This module sits within a series of e-Learning modules that learners take as pre-work for the sessions. This blended learning solution follows a mock borrower through a single scenario across all facets of ABC Bank’s lending process. It provides real-world context as it pertains to loan terms sheets and improves lenders’ decision-making skills so they can confidently and independently support ABC’s borrowers.
Business Problem
Currently, employees of ABC Bank who participate in live, simulation classroom sessions struggle to employ the critical thinking skills necessary to perform tasks independently in each phase of the lending process.
