What I Do
As an experienced instructional designer, I specialize in creating effective and engaging learning experiences that yield real results. My approach is collaborative and data-driven, ensuring that each solution aligns with organizational goals. I gain buy-in from learners so they feel empowered to perform optimally and achieve a higher level of success. I pride myself on my ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

As a self-proclaimed "nerd," I get silly-excited about learning new things. My interests are wide, and luckily for me, the topics on which I can create learning experiences are as well.
I love digging into problems to discover the root cause and brainstorming solutions and learning objectives that effectively overcome challenges. I employed this type of design thinking as an educator in my previous career, and by partnering with organizations, I get to continue doing impactful work in a similar way.

What I Love About My Job
Instructional design marries my passions in such a perfect way that I still have to pinch myself to believe that I found this career path.
I have a background in visual arts and enjoy tapping into my visual design skills when developing e-Learning, slide decks, and instructional videos.
One of the most effective ways to engage learners is with storytelling. I love when the creative juices flow, and I get to create realistic scenarios that put the learner at the center.
What I Value
What gives me purpose is making a difference in people's lives, professionally and personally. Building and nurturing relationships makes life fulfilling. I aim to be the wind in the sails of those around me, and I have deep gratitude when I feel that gift in return. I find joy in my work, and believe that making fun in life is paramount. Each day is a gift and an opportunity for adventure, whether I'm working at my desk or exploring the world. I value creativity, intelligence, work ethic, and believe in allowing myself and others to grow with grace.
